Section 1

General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bs338 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the bs338 website, mobile interface, gaming products, betting services, promotional offers, and customer support channels available at bs338.net.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the bs338 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the bs338 platform and must not create or maintain an account.

bs338 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via the email address held on their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the bs338 platform after any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and bs338. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific game rules or promotional terms, the specific terms shall take precedence for that specific game or promotion only.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bs338 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bs338 operates a strict 18+ policy across all products and payment channels without exception.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will and are not doing so under duress, coercion, or on behalf of another person.
• You are not self-excluded from bs338 or from online gambling platforms generally at the time of registration or account use.
• You are using your own payment methods and your own funds. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• You do not hold any existing active bs338 account. Each individual is entitled to hold one account only.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of bs338, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicit written permission has been granted by bs338 management.

bs338 conducts age verification checks during the registration process and may request additional identity documentation at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of bs338 products and services, you must register an account by completing the registration form accurately and truthfully. You are required to provide, at minimum, a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your full legal name, your date of birth, and a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.

All information submitted during registration must be accurate and current. You must notify bs338 promptly if any of your account details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bs338 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with responsible gaming best practice. As part of this programme, we may request the following documents from any account holder at any time:

• A government-issued photo identity document such as a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within the past three months showing your name and residential address in Bangladesh.
• Proof of payment method — a screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits, confirming the account is registered in your name.
• Source of funds documentation — in cases where large or unusual transaction volumes are detected, bs338 may request evidence that deposited funds originate from a legitimate source.

bs338 will process KYC documentation within two (2) business days of receipt. Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion. bs338 will not share KYC documents with any third party except where required by applicable law or court order. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bs338 login credentials. bs338 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity carried out under your account credentials — including all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified bs338 that your account has been compromised. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & BDT Wallet

All financial transactions on bs338 — deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals — are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bs338 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion at any point in the transaction lifecycle.

Accepted Deposit Methods

bs338 currently accepts deposits via the following channels, all of which support instant BDT crediting to the player wallet:

• bKash — Mobile financial service. Minimum deposit ৳500. Credited instantly upon bKash confirmation.

• Bank Transfer — Bangladeshi bank accounts (BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and others). Minimum deposit ৳1,000. Processing time 30–60 minutes.
• Visa / Mastercard — International payment cards. Minimum deposit ৳1,000. Processing time 1–5 minutes.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 30 minutes for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, subject to successful KYC verification being on file. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 60 minutes. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except in cases where the original payment channel is no longer active.

bs338 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, or card issuer) may charge their own transaction fees, for which bs338 bears no responsibility. Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

bs338 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and tournament leaderboard prizes. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which must be read in conjunction with these General Terms.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• bs338 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled before its stated end date, any already-earned promotional balance will be honoured subject to the wagering requirements in force at the time of cancellation.

• bs338 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings that it reasonably believes were obtained through fraudulent activity, exploitation of a software error, or violation of these Terms.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), and IPL season will carry their own specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. Players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and all other regions of Bangladesh are equally eligible for all general promotions unless geo-restriction is explicitly stated.

Section 6

Player Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a player on bs338, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with fair play, good faith, and respect for other users and the platform's integrity. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating more than one account on bs338, whether in your own name or under a different identity, for any purpose including claiming multiple welcome bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform in any way not intended for normal human play.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other competitive format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the house.
• Exploiting any software bug, display error, pricing error, or technical malfunction to place bets at odds that do not represent the genuine intended market price. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or any other illegal source. bs338 takes its anti-money-laundering obligations seriously and will act on any evidence of illicit fund flows.
• Accessing your bs338 account or placing bets on behalf of any other person, whether or not that person is a registered bs338 player.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to bs338's systems, databases, backend infrastructure, or another player's account by any means.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result, at minimum, in the immediate suspension of your bs338 account and forfeiture of any pending balance. bs338 reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal legal remedies against any individual found to have engaged in fraudulent or criminal conduct on the platform.

Section 7

Game Rules & Betting Integrity

All games available on bs338 — including live casino tables supplied by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi; slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe; and sports betting markets — operate under the rules published by their respective providers. The specific rules for each game are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

Random Number Generators (RNG)

All RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, and Aviator-style crash games) use certified random number generator technology from their respective studios. Outcomes are independently and statistically random. bs338 does not interfere with game outcomes in any way. Sports Betting Markets

Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and ODI series — are offered with live in-play odds. bs338 reserves the right to suspend a betting market, void a bet, or amend odds in the following circumstances:

• A match is abandoned, postponed, or forfeited under conditions not covered by the standard settlement rules for that market.
• Odds were published in error due to a data feed failure or pricing system malfunction and the error was not corrected before the market was closed.
• Credible evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns has been identified in relation to the relevant event.

Where a bet is voided by bs338, the stake will be returned to the player's BDT wallet in full. Voided bets do not count toward bonus wagering requirements. Market-specific settlement rules are published in the sports betting help section of the bs338 platform.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

bs338 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to multiple account creation, use of prohibited software, or provision of false registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of funds derived from criminal sources.
• Account holder is found to be under 18 years of age at any point.
• A valid self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder or from a recognised responsible gaming authority.
• The account is identified as associated with an excluded player who re-registered in violation of a self-exclusion agreement.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your bs338 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bs338 will process any remaining withdrawable balance to your registered payment method within two (2) business days, subject to KYC verification being complete. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will not be paid out.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling behaviour has become problematic may request a self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion options range from a 30-day cooling-off period to a permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is in place, bs338 will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account or accessing the platform during the exclusion period. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bs338 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if bs338 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. bs338's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
